Where Is Either My Money Or My Merchandise

Put Money On My Card And When I Ordered Gifts For My Great Grandkids I Was Told I Have No Money I Put $220 On My Card. Now My Grandkids Won't Have Xmas And I Dont Work I'm On Disability And I Am 63 Years Old. Work With Me Please
