How To Acess Movies On Netflix When No Internet Available

Hi, you need Internet service to be able to stream movies from Netflix. However, for a Netflix plan that does not require watching movies that are streamed over the Internet, you can sign up for Netflix's DVD plan. With the DVD plan, movies and TV shows are physically mailed to you, rather than streamed online. You can read more about the DVD plan here:
