Apparently you are trying to stream a movie using the Chrome browser. Netflix is aware of this issue but doesn't yet have a fix for it. Try using another browser for the time being.

in chrome open task manager from the settings and select 'plug-in broker - netflix and then click end process , and then reopen browser it should work now
