Loosing And Unable To Regain Netflix Movie In The Midst Of The Show.

I have a vizio smart tv. Hughes net satelite. a readyNet wireless router. BroadBand connection. Am disappointed. Love the NetFlix Movies.

It happens, net conjection on your en or Neflix's. The most like cause is a slow connection on your end. When I had highspeed dsl it happened all the time. I don't know what the sustained download sppeed of your satellite broadband but I went to Charter BB at 30-60 mbps, it rarely ever drops my stream from Netflix. Once you get connected again the movie should resume where it dropped.

Turn netflix off and then back on. The movie should appear in the list of movies to continue watching. If for some reaon it doesnt appear there to up to the search at the top of the screen and type in the name of it. The only reason I ever have any problems with a movie stopping is always been a problem with my internet connection and speed. Hope this helps..............
