If this is merely something that happens every now and then, I'd recommend simply restarting the application. This is usually caused by a slow internet connection, leading to a mis-sync of audio and video. If the problem persists, I'd recommend deleting the application entirely and reinstalling afterwards.

Audio and Video Device Drivers. As always, out of date or corrupted device drivers can be an issue. Updating your device drivers or reinstalling them can fix all sorts of problems, including problems with audio and video sync.
