Changing Reactivation Date Using A Computer In The U.k.

We are seasonal residents in Florida and wish to change our reactivation date for our netflix account.  The website does not permit us to do that from the U.K.  PLEASE HELP!!!  We do not think we should be forced to make a transatlantic call to do this so tried to cancel the subscription - still not possible.  PLEASE HELP A FOREIGN CUSTOMER!! Jennifer Keen

You can always make free transatlantic calls via the Internet. Just Google it. If you don't want to do that, the closest thing Netflix has to email is this: http://twitter.com/#!/Netflixhelps so you can tweet them @Netflixhelps
