Please Stop Trying To Determine What I Want To Watch
I'm becoming progressively more frustrated by the pigeon-holing offerings created by your selections. Please just show what is available and not just the few genres you present to me. I'm tired of reviewing and re-reviewing the same titles. I watch 1 french movie and you show me 45 French Movie genre. I watch 1 "feel good" movie and you show me 40 "fee good" movies. Some movies I select are not even endured to the end and are ended after first 15 - 20 minutes. Then you list more of the same, ie: Rio.
The selection you consistently offer, from the kazillions of movies there are, keep shoving me into movies I don't want to view.
I have read about your prideful algorythm style of determining what a patron might like but please, do not pigeon-hole me. I like a variety, depending on my current state of affairs in my life.

This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. We can't do anything about the selections. If you want to complain about that, write to [email protected]. It's the only email address they have. BTW, it seems a tad unreasonable that you should expect a conglomerate like Netflix to personally accommodate you according to the current state of affairs in your life ...
