What Is Monthly Charge For Receiving One Film At A Tme By Mail?
What does NETFLIX charge for receiving one film at a time via mail? I hink you are double charging my wife's account to the tune of around 18 . per month. Shouldn't it be 7.99 per month?

Login to http://netflix.com and click on Your Account and Help to see the plan you currently have. It sounds like you have both streaming AND 1 DVD out at a time, which is why the bill would be so high. You can change the plan to drop the streaming service and your bill will again be 7.99.
