Yes, but you can only watch one thing at a time. If you want to watch 2 different things at the same time,  you will need 2 accounts. If that doesn't matter, just log into your account from whichever device you want to view things on (after you install Netflix, of course).

Yes indeed you can! You just need to download the Netflix box on the Wii to be able to access it. Then it will ask you for an activation code, which you can find in your account settings on the Netflix website.
