1Go to the Netflix website and sign-in using the email and password associated with the Netflix account you want to cancel.

2Click the “Your Account” tab in the top right corner to access your account page.

3Select the “Cancel Membership” button at the top of your account page to start the cancellation process. You will automatically be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Note that you will not be refunded for any partial months.

4Select the checkbox to accept the terms of cancellation and click the “Complete Cancellation” button to complete the process. Cancellation of your account will be immediate.

5Retrieve the cancellation confirmation email from the email account associated with the Netflix account you are cancelling. Keep this as proof of your cancellation in the event you are accidentally charged in the future.
