How Can I Activate The Brand New Net10-lg 236c That I Just Bought On Jan.21st?

I tried activating the wirelss telephone that I just bought at Walmart with the 750 minutes airtime but it is giving me a message as "This Net10 plan has a pending transaction. Please click here to clear pending transaction status". I had clicked the area whete it stated "click here" and it took me back to the main screen. At the screen area where it stated at the top "Let's get started", I repeatedly entered the serial number of the telephone and the PIN of the airtime card but no success of activating my brand new wireless phone. I have no way of calling you except through this email. My serial number of the wireless telephone Can you activate my brand new wireless telephone? I need to make important calls.
