Do I lose my minutes ? You are asking me to buy more minutes to activate my phone again .

No, you keep your minutes and/or service days and they do not expire with active service. With the Improved Carry Over Benefit, the minutes and service days you add to your NET10 phone are added to the minutes and service days you already have. If you have an Android handset and you add an Unlimited 30 Day Monthly Plan before your Service End Date, and still have Minutes and Service Days remaining, this card will go to your Reserve. If you Android does NOT have Minutes or Service Days remaining, it will be added to your phone.
