You can transfer your number and minutes over to an unactivated phone by going to the net10 website and clicking on the 'Activate/Reactivate' button at the top and clicking 'transfer number' and go through the steps. If you're trying to transfer minutes from a different account to a new account, you can't transfer minutes this way.
