Your phone might be an old version and the program for buying minutes through it is not included in its program. Better off upgrade your phone to a newer version later if you wish to buy minutes through your net10 phone. But for now, use the net to do it or contact the customer service representative with this hotline 1-877-836-2386 using your credit card in purchasing an airtime card without going to the retailers store.
