My Prepaid Net10 Card Will Not Load Onto My Phone, It Said Its Invalid, Why?

Ive had this problem before. They most likely failed to activate it at the register when you bought it. Take it and the receipt back to the store you purchased it at and explain what is happening. They should let you exchange it for another card.
