Cant Add My Phone On My Account :(

I tried adding my phone to my account and it wont let me cause its saying my IMEI number has already on another account witch is a account i cant get to because i no longer have the email for it. I want to put mine and my husbands phones on the family plan PLEASEEE......HELPPP!!!
