How Do I Reinstall Nero 2015 After Using Only 2 Days Of A 15 Day Trial
I was directed by the US Nero Telephone customer support to contact the German basesd customer support department by email regarding my issue. Which I did today with no response yet. I bought a laptop computer 3 weeks prior to this date. Just 2 days ago I installed Nero Platinum 2015 trial from the Nero website online. After 2 days of getting familiar with the software. I updated my windows 8.1 operating platform to windows 10.0. However the windows 10 upgrade required me to reinstall my Nero trial software. I am now unable to use or reinstall the trial software. Please assist me with installing Nero 2015. It has cost me $1.29 US funds per minute so far and still there has been no solution yet.Regards, Alrick
