Tv Setup

after following all the instructions, we keep getting a request on the screen to "run channel A. What does this mean? And what can we do to fix it and be able to get a signal.

Try turning off the "Auto Input Sensing" option, located in the "Settings" section of the menu. Then press "Input" on the remote, select "AV", then press "Enter". Let me know if this resolves your issue.
