Type of Car: VOLVO S80 - year 2000- Moonstone 2. Owner's Name: Yong Jin Choi 3, Registration (Brief story of accident) The veh of National Rental Car hit the unknown metal or rock on his front right side(passenger side), the tire blowed up and the hub cab was flew and hit the hood of my car. The hub cap made a deep scrachies and rolled out of street. Please let me know the precedure of insurance claim, Mr. Jason Medeiros had reported to National Rental Car.
