Vt 470 Won't Turn On

My NEC VT 470 will not respond with the remote or by manually pressing the power button. Orange light stays on but the green light will not come on at all. Replaced the bulb already. Some say it might be a ballasts. How do I replace and and where would I find the part if that's what it is?  Thanks.

if the lamp indicator is red and the warning message has been coming on, then you waited too long to change the lamp and reset the lamp timer in the menu. Now you can over-ride this lock-out by pressing and holding the power switch on the projector keyboard for several seconds, until it comes on. then clear the timer in the menu. don't forget to clean the filters if you haven't replaced then and reset this timer too if there is one.
