Old Myspace Account

I am divorced and my ex husband has pictures of me on his old MySpace account. I reached out to him to take them down but he does not remember his sign in information. I am now a professional in a community and people often search my name and I do not want these pictures to be viewed. It is now violating my privacy. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
