Change Of Beneficiary Issue
My name is Margaret E. May,Coverage ID, Jeaanne Obermeier(customer contact)sent us forms for change of beneficiary. We completed them. Then Brian (service rep.)said they sent the wrong forms.;And we have to fill them out again. This all happened within a week-why would Jeanne Obermeier send us the wrong form? My only child,daughter is the beneficiary. Then someone named Heather called us about this. Please help us. We just want to change beneficiary.
