Teal Tea Kettle Color On One Side Has Turned A Ugly Color After A Few Uses
is it normal for the pretty color to change on one side after a few uses

This is most likely not normal. The heat from the stove could have been too high or the kettle was placed too close to heat or flame. If you still have the receipt you could attempt to return the product to the store you purchased from for a replacement as long as it is within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, i would suggest contacting the company directly at http://www.mrcoffee.com/contactus?cid=contact-us to see if they are able to assist you in getting a replacement.
