Hi. Web forms tend to be of different behaviors - some may let you do this while some sadly will not. From the tab where this form was loaded, click the Refresh icon (or Ctrl + R) > if it is cached, you should get a pop out with some text and two options - Send or Cancel > click Send thereon to resubmit.
