Bing Versus Google Search Function
How do I get rid of Bing and reinstall Google for my search function associated with Mozilla Firefox?

I'm guessing you're referring to searching from the address bar. Out of the box, Google is indeed the default search engine used.
You can specify any valid URL to perform the Internet Keyword searches by modifying the keyword.URL preference in the about:config page:
To revert to the standard Google search, right-click on keyword.URL and select Reset.
