Access

I have been unable to access some of my sites on one computer and on the other I can't access thunderbird,my point is that I can access all sites on Internet Explorer,so I need someone to assist me or I will have to move on to Internet Explorer which I don't really want to,and is there really a company called Mozilla because if there is they are very hard contact.

(I think when you referenced Thunderbird, you meant to say Firefox. Thunderbird, as I'm sure you know, is not a browser.) There really is a company called Mozilla but it operates largely through volunteers, and you can't get phone help. Both Mozilla and another organization, Mozillazine, facilitate written answers to your questions at forums manned by volunteers. I prefer Mozillazine, but many use each.
