New X205 Not Working At All

Hi, I bought two X205 motorolaheadset for PC and I connect the usb to the computer and jack to the headphone, I get no sound at all! The computer says the driver has been installed successfully. I have windows 7 OS. What'd I do? please help

go to the button that opens the menu to change sound. right click and click playback devices and set the headset as default
