Motorola Wx345 Won't Power On And Doesn't Seem To Be Charging.

I have had a motorola wx345 for less than a year and now the phone doesn't seem to be charging and won't turn on.  There are no burst cells in the battery.  When I unplugged it from the charger today, it did show a little bar like it had charged, but then would not turn on or do anything else.  Please help.  Thanks
