User Profile On Headset

How do i change the user profile back to general? It keep staying on Headset unable to change it

Hi there. The headset profile is only active when headsets are plugged in,when it is active while headsets are no plugged in it means the port has got a problem. take the phone to the repair centre because thats where the proble can be addressed.
