How To Change Sim Card On Motorola W418g.

Need to change SIM card. I found the SIM card by removing the battery.  Need to know how to remove the metal tab that's on top of the SIM card without breaking it.

DO NOT REMOVE THE METTAL TAB SLIGHTLY LIFT UP ON THE SIM CARD ITS SELF AND PULL IT OUT
