Looking at the manual (see link), there *is* no way to set the date and time. Instead, the they are set automatically by your service provider. This will only work if the phone has a SIM card installed and it has been activated and it is within range of a cell tower. If the phone is working (makes calls) and still has the wrong time, contact your service provider.
