Here are also the steps that you can follow once you have installed the Motorola Phone Tools https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24604/~/rival-%2F-a455-transferring-files-motorola-phone-tools

Also if you have a microSD, microSDHC card in your phone, you can try to connect the phone via USB to your computer directly and make sure that you have selected "Massive Storage", in that way you should be able to check all the files that are inside the phone.
