Droid Razor Update Problems

Who can I talk to about some problems that I am having with automatic updates I didn't want and seem to have been applied, regardless. My ringer is different now and my alarm/time is changed to just a n alarm. Is there a phone number I can call that will get me a customer service rep.?

Greetings - O, they sadly would'nt account though they may give you a hearing ear. You can try to enabled mobile data limits and "restrict background data" for "motorola services" to ensure that history does not repeat it self. Hope this helps
