Xprt Not Connect 3g

Dear Sir, I have purchased XPRT and unlocked gsm by code to use in Vietnam, but my phone doesn't display 3g, and i cannot use 3g or gprs. take note that i signed 3g. Please give me advice to solve problems. Thanks and regards
