How Do I Perform A Hard Reset?

On the Motorola Electrify from the Home Screen hit your Menu button. Then select Settings, then Privacy and select "Factory Data Reset" and follow the instructions.

If you are referring to the manufacturer's reset of the device, you can reset it by following its user's manual. You might be typing codes to access the reset feature of your phone. If you cannot find the reset configuration of your device, you can hand over your phone to the repair shop and they could reset your device.
