My Photos Won't Load? Help!

Hi! Please try to the troubleshooting steps below..
1. Power Cycle the phone - turning it off, removing the battery and let it stay out for a couple of seconds putting it back in and then turn it back on. This process will help refresh the memory of your phone.
2. Try to remove the memory card / sim card on your phone. Doing this will refresh the connection of the SIM and Memory card on the phone.
3. If you are using a 3rd party application when viewing your gallery, try to uninstall this application and use the preloaded one.
4. If you are using the gallery try to do a clear cache partition. You can download an app called "cache cleaner" from the Playstore.
5. If you are using another memory card, and it's your first time to use it on your phone. Make sure that both phones support the same file format. Some phones have low resolution which could not be read/load by the phone.
6. If your issue is the same as of number 5, try to back up you memory card first using your computer. Format your memory card using the phone and then check.
