Hi!

MMS is a carrier specific services, in order for you to send one. You need to configure your device first to have the correct settings so that you can send multimedia messages. You need to contact your current carrier to have that settings configured on your device.

Hope this helps!

Hi JDOGsamwe

Are you trying to receive for the first time MMS?

Cause if you do it will be necessary for you to contact your carrier so that they can activate your service.

If you have received before MMS then I would suggest you to check this on your phone:

  • Make sure your cellular data and background data settings are both ON in Settings

  • In text message app settings, make sure MMS is ON

  • Check if you have a data plan feature on your wireless carrier account.

Best Regards!
