Cannot Make Outgoing Calls
My MA361sys phone cannot make outgoing calls. The dial tone persists even though tones indicate that the dialing is taking place. Instead of hearing a ringing tone, it is just the dial tone; after 15 or so seconds an operator's recorded voice says, "If you'd like to make a call...."
