Base Ringer

Is there any way to turn the ringer on the base for the phone off. It is very lound, and i want to turn it off.

To run off/turn down the base ringer, make sure to press the volume button on the base while a call is coming in (the base/phone is ringing). Before you answer it, press the volume button up or down.
