How Can I Reset My Radio. It Goes Directly To The Trnmit Mode When I Turn It On

It sounds like your radio needs to go in for repairs.  The fastest and cheapest way is to find your local Motorola dealer.  They will usually have a technician that can at least look at it and tell you what is going on and what to expect in costs.
