Music And Notification

why can't I hear music or notifications through my Motorola HK 11O headsetfrom my tablet and smartphone?

Connect your bluetooth with phone

Settings > sounds > notifications sound to full > music sound to full

if nothing happens than the unit is damaged take it to the nearest motorolla service center.
