Motorola H720 Bluetooth Is Paired But Cannot Hear

Hi,

Try to reset the headset back to it's factory settings then try to pair it again with your phone. To Restore to Factory Settings - with your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue. You can also try to pair the headset to a different phone to isolate the issue.

If this will not resolve your issue and your headset is within a year from the date of purchase, you can contact Motorola for warranty options. You can check this link on how to contact them https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/.
