Bougth Item Does Not Work Tried Reset And Pushed Both Buttons And The Call Butt

tried to reset the item Bush both up and down volume and call button to reset it blue light does not come on and no it doesn't even want to pair my address was 1151 Nettie Street and I my email address was but g504 at gmail.com wondering what I can do about it return it will you honor it seems bad out of the boxi
