When Charging Flashes Red All The Time Will Not Go Into Pairing Mode No Blue Lig

Step A - If the headset does not enter pairing mode, see TROUBLESHOOTING for devices (see step 2) and pair your phone. The use your phone is flashing in pairing mode.
