Mute Is Stuck. How Do I Un-stick?
I have H385 successfully linked to Motorola K1/KRZR flip phone. All of a sudden (after many dependable years of service) the earbud is silent. According to the manual, I am supposed to be able to un-mute by tapping both volume buttons at the same time. That doesn't do it. Are there any other ideas? Is there a master reset?
