Won't Charge Or Turn Off

Hello try to put of the off by removing the battery, insert afterwards and start the phone. If the problem continues try a factory reset by:
  1. Close the Boom.
  2. Press and hold the Call button and open the boom while holding the call button.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to reset to factory default

Sorry to hear that. Try to reset the headset to factory settings.

  1. Close the Boom.
  2. Press and hold the Call button and open the boom while holding the call button.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to reset to factory default

Have you tried a different charger or a different outlet? Is the charger working when you use it with another device? This is just to isolate the issue
