Why Can't Anyone Hear Me When I Speak?

I have a Motorola H17 Bluetooth Headset and a new Nokia Mural phone. They pared up with no problem.  I can hear beautifully through the headset, but no one can hear me when I attempt to speak. The mute button is not on, and this is the second headset doing this; the first I returned.

Did you get the issue resolved on your Motorola headset?  I have the same problem.  I switch between my PS3 and my phone.  It shows me miced up, but I can't hear and when I talk the system hears it but no one else can.
