Can't Hear Me H17

Sorry to hear that. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can perform.

1. Try to unpair and re-pair your headset with your phone then try to make a call and check if they can hear you.

2. Reset the headset back to factory settings. With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue. Then pair it again with your phone, make a call, check if this resolves your issue.

3. Pair the headset to a different phone. You can also pair a different headset with your phone (if available). This is just to isolate the issue.
