Bluetooth H17 Wont Un-mute

Hi,

Try to reset your headset to factory settings then observe if the issue was resolved. With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue.

If this won't work, you can contact our support organization.They should quickly offer you a replacement if the device is still in warranty. Motorola offers a standard one year warranty on your device, barring liquid or physical damage from the date of your purchase.
