My Sliver Does Not Turn On. How Do I Repiar It?

You can turn on the headset by Turning the earpiece left or right. Just a reminder though you need to charge it first for a couple of hours for it to work.

If it still the same after a couple of hours, try to use another charger or another base to isolate the issue. If still won't turn on you can go back to the store where you purchase the device and have it replaced. You can also contact Motorola Customer service : 1-800-331-6456 during Mon-Fri 7AM-10PM;Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM CST
